Reservations

You can book any service directly at the reception desk or by dialing extension 0 from your room. All treatments must be paid for before entering the cabin.

Schedules

The spa operates daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The gym is available 24 hours a day for guests using their room key.

Health and Safety

Before each session, we will ask you about allergies, pregnancy, or health issues, including heart conditions, to adjust pressure, temperature, and oils.

What's Included

Robe, sandals, towel, and locker. We suggest arriving 10 minutes early so you can change without rushing.

Changes and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel by giving at least 4 hours' notice. Outside of that window, refunds do not apply. If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced — we suggest arriving 10 minutes before your appointment.

Tips and Valuables

Therapist gratuities are not included and are left to your discretion. We suggest leaving valuables in the reception safe; the spa is not responsible for items left behind in the treatment rooms.
